Team Selection Process:

1. Players are offered a roster position with our program after tryouts, season, or private workouts.  We can carry multiple teams at each age group.  All teams will receive the same training, benefits, etc.  
    

2. Players are evaluated throughout off-season for team placement based on talent, position, rosters makeup, dedication, and work ethic.
    

3. Once placed on a team there is always the potential for roster moves that are needed for players and or teams.
    

4. This process creates competition at all times and the players pushing and challenging themselves.
